What are your fees for service and how long are your sessions?Counselling Sessions are a full hour or hour and half Services include GST Insurance coverage for therapy services may be reimbursed by your medical or health policy. Check with your insurance provider for details. Fees for services include 5% GST. A select number of sessions are provided at reduced rates each month. Income verification may be needed to qualify. Please inquire here *Counselling workshops are not covered under insurance plans. About Your SessionAbout Your Session Counselling sessions are offered to customers in the comfort of their home via a confidential and private online platform using Zoom video conferencing. Please use a space that is private and without distractions when you have your session with your therapist. In-person appointments may be available only for individuals who cannot use video conferencing. There are limited spaces for in-person sessions per month. Make your request for in-person bookings here. Important Information Session start at the time of your scheduled appointment. Late arrivals will not receive an extension to their session. Full rate for service applies to late or missed appointments. Cancellation Policy Cancellations and re-bookings are accepted 24 hours before a scheduled counselling appointment starts. Cancellation less than 24 hours, will be billed to your account. Refunds are available for exceptional circumstances.

In British Columbia, MSP does not typically cover counselling unless it is through a hospital program or mental health team.
