About Your Session
Counselling sessions are offered to customers in the comfort of their home via a confidential and private online platform using Zoom video conferencing.
Please use a space that is private and without distractions when you have your session with your therapist.
In-person appointments may be available only for individuals who cannot use video conferencing.
There are limited spaces for in-person sessions per month. Make your request for in-person bookings here.
Important Information
Session start at the time of your scheduled appointment.
Late arrivals will not receive an extension to their session.
Full rate for service applies to late or missed appointments.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations and re-bookings are accepted 24 hours before a scheduled counselling appointment starts.
Cancellation less than 24 hours, will be billed to your account.
Refunds are available for exceptional circumstances.
