Cancellation Policy for Workshops and Multi-Day Presentations: I understand that unforeseen circumstances can impact your organization's plans. To ensure a smooth and efficient experience, the following cancellation policy for workshops and multi-day presentations is available: 30-day Cancellation Notice: Kindly provide a 30-day notice if your organization needs to cancel or reschedule a workshop or presentation to allow for proper rescheduling and resource allocation. Deposits are fully refunded. Late Cancellation: For cancellations made with less than 21 days' notice, refunds for deposits are not available and can only be applied to reschedule your event within 12 months.
