Cancellation Policy
About Your Session Counselling sessions are offered to customers in the comfort of their home via a confidential and private online platform using Zoom video conferencing. Please use a space that is quiet and without distractions when you have your session with your therapist. Important Information Sessions start at the time of your scheduled appointment. Late arrivals will not receive an extension to their session. Full rate for service applies to late or missed appointments. Cancellation Policy Cancellations and re-bookings are accepted 48 hours before a scheduled counselling appointment starts. Cancellation less than 48 hours, will be billed to your account. Portion refunds are available for exceptional circumstances only.
